What to know before renting:
- We require tenants’ insurance to protect your possessions. We offer many coverage options depending on your needs. If you have your own coverage, we require a copy of the policy as proof.
- We require purchase of a lock with your rental. This is a one-time cost, and you can keep the lock at the end of your rental. This is to protect your possessions as we have chosen a top of the line, anti-tamper lock. This also ensures the lock fits the door to your unit. Once you have possession of your lock, you can change the combination, and we will no longer have access to your unit.
